With the start of the new school year approaching, we would like to remind you of the terms and conditions for terminating your contract with the Pomme d'Happy childcare center:

1. As stipulated in our regulation, and without further notice from you, your child will attend the childcare according to his contractual attendance until the last week before the start of the new school year, i.e. until Friday August 16, 2024 at the latest.

Invoicing will be established on this basis; the month will therefore not be invoiced in full.

2. If you wish to terminate the contract earlier, you must give us at least one month's notice. The date of receipt is decisive.

E.g.: for the contract to end on July 31, the cancellation must reach us by June 30 at the latest.

In the event of final departure before the date communicated, the contractual days will be invoiced.

You will be invited to a meeting with the educational team to review your child's experience at the preschoolers.
