As the start of the school is approaching, we would like to remind you the contract termination procedure with Pomme d’Happy child care center:

1. As stipulated in our regulation and without any notice from your part, your child will attend the child care center according to the contractual days until the last week before school, that is until Friday, August 18th, 2023.

The invoicing will therefore be established on a pro rata basis.

2. If you wish to terminate the contract before that date, at least one month notice is required. The date on which the notice is received is considered the relevant date. Please find attached the termination form to fill out.

Ex: If you would like the contract to end on July 31st, we must receive your termination on June 30th at the latest.

In case of final departure before the announced date, all contractual days will be invoiced.

Your child's educational team will contact you in due course to arrange a departure meeting.
