Toddlers

In the Toddlers groups, most of the activities are carried out in common. Particular attention is drawn to motor skills development, free play and socialization.

Children are regularly divided in sub-groups during activities. Outside walks or outings to play areas are preferred.

This development phase is crucial at all levels because children invest a lot of energy in their cognitive, physical, emotional, language and social development. This is also the time when playing “make-believe” is a big part of their day.

Meals are an opportunity to share some friendly moments with a small group of children and an educator. They learn to use the cutlery, to wait for their turn and gradually gain autonomy. At the same time, they continue to taste new foods and refine their food preferences.

In order to support all these areas of development, a nap is offered to all children, after the lunch. At this age, sleep remains essential and allows children to assimilate all the things they experienced during the morning.
